The business is rapidly expanding into new categories and expanding its reach.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintaining and updating training data and personnel records.
- Creating workforce trend reports.
- Assisting with different HR tasks and projects.
- Ensuring adherence to rules, norms, and organizational policies.
- Helping internal teams with meeting scheduling and organization.
- Keeping track of action items, recording meeting topics, and completing HR-related activities.
- Responding to employee questions, resolving problems, and offering general HR support.
- Serving as the liaison between the headquarters and the manufacturing facilities, guaranteeing prompt and accurate data exchange.

The internship will be for a period of 6 months.
Perks
Stipend: Rs.12,000 – 15,000 / month
