Roles & Responsibilities
1. Assist in maintaining employee records and ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation
2. Prepare and generate reports for analysis, insights, and decision-making
3. Design and execute engagement initiatives
4. High level of attention to detail and accuracy
5. Support the HR Team in various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing & organizing HR-related documents
