Roles & Responsibilities
The HR Intern will support the HR department’s day-to-day activities. Supporting HR management, putting HR policies into practice, overseeing employee benefits, and managing personnel management are among the duties. The HR Intern will also help with hiring, onboarding, and keeping track of personnel history.
Requirements
- Skills related to human resources (HR), HR management, and HR policies
- Understanding of Personnel Management and Employee Benefits
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Capacity to function both independently and as a team
- An internship or prior experience in a related position is advantageous.
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a similar discipline
