Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding by managing paperwork, leading inductions, and making sure new hires integrate seamlessly.
- Accurately and discreetly maintain and update HR databases and records.
- Help with planning training sessions and monitoring staff involvement.
- Oversee leave and attendance records, making sure all paperwork is kept up to date.
- Gather and compile personnel data to assist with payroll.
- Help with the creation and revision of internal guidelines, communications, and HR policies.
