The Confederation of Young Leaders (CYL) is one of India’s leading chambers for youth organizations and young leaders, with strong national and international ties. More than 50,000 kids participated in CYL activities, helping to shape it as a knowledge hub for the youth citizenry, poised to reshape the dynamics of growth and development in the twenty-first century.
Governors, United Nations advisors, bureaucrats, and vice-chancellors make up CYL’s impressive board of advisors. The CYL youth conversation series has piqued the interest of India’s political and academic circles, including that of India’s Hon’ble Prime Minister, Shri. Narendra Modi. The Policy Chronicle (TPC) is the Confederation of Young Leaders’ official diversified multi-media outlet platform (CYL).
Roles & Responsibilities
- Work directly with the institution’s top management — the Confederation of Young Leaders founded the Indian Institute of Governance and Leadership (IIGL) (CYL).
- Travel around the country to develop marketing plans, establish marketing strategies, and implement marketing campaigns.
- Assist in the formulation, execution, and monitoring of the organization’s strategic marketing plan.
- Layouts and language for printed promotional materials such as catalogues, brochures, flyers, and programme and media guides are designed, written, and overseen by you.
- Create and implement short- and long-term marketing goals, objectives, policies, and processes for the company; assess programme performance and make necessary modifications.
- Assist with promotional special events such as open houses, book signings, fundraisers, community outreach and events, tours, press conferences, banquets, exhibitions, product or service fairs, and events.
- Begin and carry out direct marketing outreach to possible external consumers.

Delhi, India.
Duration
The CYL internship will be for a period of 6 months.
