Roles & Responsibilities
- Make cold calls to prospective clients to introduce ClearTax’s services and solutions.
- To guarantee client happiness, deliver outstanding customer service and respond to any questions or issues.
- Work together to find and seize new business prospects with the sales team.
- Track and manage sales efforts and customer contacts with CRM software.
- Help in creating marketing and sales strategies to reach goals and targets.
- Take part in training courses and sales meetings to improve your product knowledge and sales strategies.
- Participate in group efforts and projects to promote overall sales performance.
Requirements
- Excellent relationship management and client involvement abilities.
- Expertise in account management, upselling, and sales procedures.
- The capacity to promote revenue growth, account mining, and retainer sales.
- Outstanding communication and negotiating abilities, with the capacity to persuade and sway potential customers.
- A proactive attitude that is highly open to learning and innovation.
