Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle communication with prospects, follow up on sales leads, handle customer queries, sell the right product that meets customer requirements, prepare sales quotations, and drive order closure independently
- Directly close deals with a high conversion rate, learn about the competition and how to position ClearTax’s USPs to ensure we are on top as part of the evaluation
- Negotiate, close deals in the face of fierce competition and complete the organizational mission of significantly impacting how businesses handle their taxes
- Incorporate important features and customer requirements into the roadmap
