Roles & Responsibilities
- Keeping correct employment records and obtaining all relevant paperwork and information.
- Ensuring that personnel records are not tampered with or stolen.
- Ensuring that the HR department’s policies and initiatives are up to date.
- Providing answers to workers’ concerns about their benefits and pay alternatives, as well as aiding with benefit management.
- Providing new recruits with the necessary papers and information about their new position.
- Assisting with call audits, compliance checks, and any reports that are required.
Location
This is a Work from Home internship opportunity.
Duration
The Cleartax internship will be for a period of 6 months.
Perks
Stipend: Rs.15,000 / month
