Roles & Responsibilities
- Use programs like Google Spreadsheets and Microsoft Excel to create reports, charts, dashboards, and other statistics as needed to assist CSM and support teams.
- Work on dashboards and reports in CRM platforms such as Salesforce
- Assist the delivery team with a variety of strategic tasks
- Help with the preparation and display of CSM performance data
