About the Internship

In collaboration with the larger Consumer Sales team, the Field Sales Officer is responsible for meeting sales goals for financial goods and services within their designated district or location. The overarching goal is to use basic product awareness to develop relationships with clients so that you can identify which financial products and services are right for them.

Roles & Responsibilities

Proactively approach Citi clients to determine actual needs, comprehend the client’s needs, and pique their interest in Citi’s goods.
As required, provide Citi clients with product advice and facts, highlighting features and benefits.
Build and maintain customer relationships, both new and old.
To effectively tailor offers and cross sell an expansive range of goods and services to new and existing customers, perform the required processes, procedures, and verbal dialogues.
Ensure the revenue expectations are met or exceeded.

Appropriately assess risk when corporate decisions are made, showcasing particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with honesty.

Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience.

Skills Required/ Qualifications

Previous financial sales and customer service experience is preferred.
Demonstrates simple and succinct written and verbal correspondence on a regular basis.
Computer and technology capabilities that are second to none.
Demonstrated ability to sell.
Problem-solving and negotiation skills that work.
Influencing and relationship management capabilities that have been demonstrated.

Location

Mumbai, Maharashtra, India/ Work from home till situation improves.
