Roles & Responsibilities
- Create and implement monthly/quarterly schedules for brand presence, area visibility, and other related cuts.
- Work with the sales team to implement visibility.
- At depos, work on POSM (point of sale material) management.
- Manage the execution of layout design at the shop level.
- Work with agency partners to implement detailers across numerous channels (eg. Rx, OTC)
- Improve the sample presentation and work on the capabilities development of last-mile feet on the street ISRs (interim sales representatives).
Other Requirements
- Be clear on the marketing strategy, with an emphasis on layout designs for better exposure.
- Has a good grasp of FMCG and OTC sales.
- Excellent communicator with Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Able to handle stakeholders from various departments.
Location
Mumbai / Work from home till situation improves.
Duration
The Cipla internship will be for a period of 6 months.
Perks
Stipend: Rs.7,500 – 10,000 / month
