About CIIE Initiatives (IIM Ahmedabad)
CIIE.CO is a startup incubator established by IIM Ahmedabad. The activities at CIIE.CO, the Innovation Continuum, span incubation, acceleration, seed & growth finance, and research. We fund brave entrepreneurs who are creating game-changing solutions. We support companies in their hazardous early phases, when they require the greatest help and there isn’t much accessible. We provide everything these dedicated entrepreneurs need to create a spectacular impact through a continuum of incubation, acceleration, funding, and insights. Roles & Responsibilities
- Help with examining and revising investment paperwork, such as term sheets, shareholder agreements, purchase agreements, and subscription agreements for shares.
- Help portfolio firms with compliance monitoring and cap table cleanups
- Participate in internal discussions on diligence, exits, unique circumstances, and live deals.
- Conduct research and create internal notes on any arising SEBI, Companies Act, or RBI concerns or compliance.
- Help with any additional pertinent duties
