Mithun Sacheti started CaratLane, India’s first omnichannel jewelry business, in 2008 with the straightforward yet brave goal of making beautiful jewelry available, inexpensive, and always wearable. Under the direction of our co-founders Avnish Anand and Gurukeerthi Gurunathan, and with a strategic investment from Tiitan Company Limited and an eventual 100% acquisition, CaratLane aims to work towards a common mission: to offer customers beautiful jewelry and a distinctive shopping experience that fits today’s values and lifestyles.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Being aware of our policies, keeping track of certificates, and setting up packing supplies
- Stock counting and merchandise presentation
- Working together during the first week: handle our RSO out; don’t try to handle each customer on your own.
- Helping to welcome clients, escorting them to designated category counters, and requiring RSO to handle them
- Being familiar with EZ sales billing process
