Roles & Responsibilities

1. Help oversee end-to-end virtual events on platforms such as Zoom and Airmeet
2. During event rehearsals, arrange speaker dry runs and offer technical assistance.
3. Use metrics and feedback to monitor and record event performance.
4. Work together on technical requirements and event preparation with the technology team.
5. Create engaging event promotional materials in close collaboration with the design and marketing departments.
6. Work with the legal team to process agreements and ensure compliance.
7. Handle and assign tickets for Freshdesk support.
8. Write reports and send them to internal stakeholders.
9. Oversee the invoicing procedures for events

Requirements

1. Having earned or is currently working toward a bachelor’s or master’s degree
2. Proactive, self-driven, and very capable of meeting deadlines
3. Excellent multitasking and organizing skills
4. Outstanding communication abilities, both in writing and speaking
5. Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail abilities
