The firm has progressed from a solely online ticketing platform for movies over 6,000 screens to end-to-end administration of live entertainment events such as music concerts, live performances, theatricals, sports, and more, all to worldwide standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Helping with the creation, implementation, and delivery of projects from their inception to their conclusion.
- Closely collaborating to comprehend and translate event objectives with the business team.
- Working together to plan, organize, and carry out the event in accordance with specified objectives, deliverables, and deadlines with department heads and internal stakeholders.
- Interacting with clients and vendors and fostering and preserving these connections
- Helping to oversee the management of administrative and operational tasks to guarantee the effective completion of particular projects.
- Making the trip to inspection sites.
- Producing manpower charts, timetable sheets, project plans, and other templates/tools to ensure that activities are carried out smoothly.
- Finding and choosing suppliers.
- Helping various teams with licensing, talent management, F&B, operations, sales, volunteerism, security, production, ticketing, show running, and other cost and budget management tasks.
- Possessing nationwide vendor management experience.
- Having solid understanding of the newest procedures and tools used to produce events.
- Using strategic innovation to create outstanding event experiences.
- Understanding design and communication objectives in close collaboration with the creative team.
- Possessing expertise or offering assistance at events.

Stipend: Rs.11,250 / month
