The firm has progressed from a solely online ticketing platform for movies over 6,000 screens to end-to-end administration of live entertainment events such as music concerts, live performances, theatricals, sports, and more, all to worldwide standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Helping the talent acquisition team find and filter candidates for new requests that the company shares.
- Working with applicants to arrange and carry out the interview process.
- Assessing the abilities and main areas of duty of candidates.
- Maintaining the joining details and finishing reference checks.
- Keeping up with the applicant database and occasionally producing reports
- Working as a team to develop strategies for improving the hiring procedure and experience.
