The firm has progressed from a solely online ticketing platform for movies over 6,000 screens to end-to-end administration of live entertainment events such as music concerts, live performances, theatricals, sports, and more, all to worldwide standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Keep track of and update the number of tickets available for each performance or event.
- Where appropriate, keep track of seat allocation records.
- Manage members’ (customers’) external communications about payment confirmations.
- Communicate accurately with internal teams (ticketing agents, group companies, finance, and leadership) to guarantee that payment modifications are sent.
- Maintain the Order Management System (OMS) up to date online with correct entries for ticket sales and payments, including ticket details and any additional services or fees that have been collected.
- Organize and follow up on outstanding tickets, payments, and associated issues with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Determine and confirm ticket prices based on seats, performance specifics, and other variables.
