Roles & Responsibilities
1. Assist the talent acquisition team in sourcing and screening for new requisitions shared by the business
2. Coordinate with candidates to schedule the interviews & conduct the interviews
3. Evaluate candidates’ skills and key responsibility areas
4. Complete the reference checks & maintain the joining details
5. Maintain candidate database and generate reports from time-to-time
6. Strategize with the team on enhancing the recruitment experience and processes
