The firm has progressed from a solely online ticketing platform for movies over 6,000 screens to end-to-end administration of live entertainment events such as music concerts, live performances, theatricals, sports, and more, all to worldwide standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Under the guidance of the design lead, comprehend product briefs and provide ideas/solutions to the team.
- Document the design process for each feature, including research findings, brainstorming sessions, and usability testing, and track the impact once the product is launched.
- Create user-centered, engaging and compelling experiences across all interfaces, including web and mobile.
- Create beautiful flows and interactions for audiences on a variety of media.
- To ensure that the user’s goals are satisfied throughout the experience, collaborate closely with product managers, graphic designers, and front-end developers.
- Make smarter decisions based on heatmaps, Google Analytics, and other data to satisfy user goals.
- To AB test various UI interactions, provide interaction design changes.
- Provide innovative solutions to product design and usability issues, as well as identify and address web usability issues.
Requirements
- Experience building a customer-facing or consumer-oriented website or mobile app is required.
- Figma knowledge is required.
- Ability to work with data and identify issue areas, as well as sketch out the user experience and reduce difficulties down into smaller, manageable actions.
- Problem-solving and solution-finding skills, with an emphasis on technology and business restrictions.
- Should have strong communication skills and be able to properly convey concepts.
- Must be a self-starter and incredibly proactive.
- Should be able to work well with others.
