The firm has progressed from a solely online ticketing platform for movies over 6,000 screens to end-to-end administration of live entertainment events such as music concerts, live performances, theatricals, sports, and more, all to worldwide standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Organizing training programmes involving teams, including IT/admin, participants, and others.
- Scheduling employees’ schedules for various L&D and engagement efforts, as well as sending e-mails to the target personnel.
- Using the data provided, create Google Forms for surveys, feedback, evaluations, and quizzes.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports by compiling data on employee feedback.
- Assisting with the creation of PowerPoint/Google Slides presentations based on the information provided.
- Assisting with cultural improvement duties such as shooting staff films, following up with the video-editing team, planning in-house movie screenings, games, and gatherings, and so on.
- Assisting with the planning and implementation of employee gatherings and holiday festivities.
- Working with the finance/legal team to coordinate vendor registrations, contracts, and payments, among other things.
Skills Required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required.
- You must be a graduate or in the process of graduating.
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication abilities are required.
- You must be a dedicated team player.
Location
Mumbai / Work from Home till situation improves.
Duration
The BookMyShow internship will be for a period of 6 months.
Perks
Stipend: Rs.5,000 /month
