About Blue Tokai Coffee
The online marketplace offered by Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters is dedicated to the sale of roasted coffee. Currently running 55 cafes across all of India, and many more both inside and outside of the country are planned.
In addition to running a chain of cafés in different locations and providing freshly roasted coffee on demand, the company also provides a variety of coffee beverage-related equipment and supplies so that clients can experience the best coffee products and restock.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Testing coffee samples visually to make sure that flavor profiles and quality requirements are constant.
- Helping to create and carry out protocols and processes for quality control.
- Working together with the production staff to keep an eye out for and resolve any quality problems that might develop while roasting.
- Conducting routine maintenance and safety standard compliance inspections of facilities and equipment.
- Gathering and evaluating performance indicators and statistics on coffee production to pinpoint areas that need work.
- Helping with staff training on best practices and quality control processes.
- Contributing insightful analysis and helpful suggestions to the company’s overall quality control plan.
