Roles & Responsibilities

Participate in the hiring and selection procedures (interviews, screening calls, resume screening, etc.).
Examine job applications
Act as a brand representative at different occasions, such as employment fairs or on-campus hiring occasions.
Represent the organization both internally and outside at events in an effort to network and establish a rapport with groups of possible candidates.
Offer the candidate advice regarding the company atmosphere, pay, and benefits.
Establish enduring connections with former and prospective applicants
Provide the company’s leadership with regular updates regarding forthcoming talent acquisition activities.
Generate reports on important talent acquisition indicators every month.
Keep in regular contact with the HR division to gain insight into the organization’s objectives and hiring requirements.
Proactively look for market knowledge to obtain an edge over competitors in methods for sourcing, evaluation, and attraction
Make fresh suggestions for enhancing talent acquisition initiatives.
Examine the staffing industry’s tendencies in talent acquisition.
