Roles & Responsibilities
- Recruitment support: Post job positions, evaluate resumes, set up interviews, and communicate with applicants to help with the recruitment process.
- Onboarding: Assist with the first employee setup and orientation materials preparation for newly hired employees.
- Employee records: Keep track of and update employee data, such as attendance logs, personal information, and performance reviews.
- Coordination of training: Help with planning and arranging training sessions, creating training materials, and monitoring staff development.
- Employee engagement: Assist in organizing and carrying out relevant actions to support employee engagement objectives.
