Roles & Responsibilities
- Talent acquisition and sourcing: Help find applicants via job websites and university recruitments, among other avenues.
- Candidate screening: Examine applications and resumes, and perform a preliminary screening to determine whether individuals are qualified for the position.
- Organizing and arranging interviews: Organize and arrange interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
- Database management: Keep track of and update daily trackers with information about candidates and developments in the hiring process.
- Employer branding: Help with the creation of interesting material to support employer branding campaigns.
