Roles & Responsibilities

Reaching the area/geography sales volume and value targets
Managing retail trade schemes in accordance with authorization
Finding and focusing on new dealers (dealer communication based on existing and new dealers)
Using stock, resources, and client traffic to implement marketing and growth strategies among good, average, and poor dealers
Ensuring color banks are operational and available in the retail market
Ensuring that the new product is successfully placed at all dealer sites and that it is detailed and shown
Merchandising activities (placement of display boards, in-store branding, posters, and product awareness) for desired products
Overseeing painter engagement
Overseeing dealers’ knowledge of future chances and how to take advantage of them
Managing market rivalry and channel market intelligence.
Overseeing efficient complaint resolution
Setting monthly goals for dealers and painters, as well as planning out competitors’ paint jobs
