Roles & Responsibilities
- Small-scale research project execution to assist in making strategic decisions; report and presentation preparation to convey research findings; and cooperation with pertinent leaders to put research findings into practice.
- Working together with cross-functional groups to assist with business projects.
- Involvement in programs for training and development to advance knowledge and abilities.
- Involvement in opportunity identification, business case building, and the introduction and rollout of innovative HR products and services.
- Relationship management for clients, answering queries from clients and customers on goods and services, transaction processing, and complaint handling for clients and customers.
- Supervision of the creation and application of financial models and tactics that aid in human resource decision-making.
- Developing an awareness of Barclays and its businesses while developing HR insights, the colleague journeys the department is accountable for, and HR services and measurements.
