Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform thorough market research and analysis on consumer behavior, rivals, and developments in the financial sector.
- To produce useful ideas, gather, examine, and interpret data from multiple sources.
- Create thorough summaries of study findings in papers and presentations.
- Assist the Director’s Office with requests for ad hoc research and analysis.
- Support the creation and execution of strategic plans grounded in market research.
- Keep an eye on key performance indicators (KPIs) that are pertinent to market developments and report on them.
