Roles & Responsibilities
- Helping to create job descriptions and comprehend customer HR requirements.
- Finding and vetting applicants in accordance with customer requirements.
- Setting up interviews and contacting clients and applicants again.
- Keeping client and applicant databases up to date.
- Supporting the onboarding and documentation procedures.
- Performing fundamental research on HR best practices, policies, and trends.
- Helping to prepare suggestions for client presentations or HR policies.
Requirements
- The applicant should possess excellent communication abilities both in writing and speaking.
- Proficiency in both basic and advanced Excel is required to handle training and learning data and records and to generate reports.
- Able to perform simple PowerPoint jobs and possess strong presentation abilities.
