Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement HR strategies and initiatives that are in line with the company’s overall goals.
- Oversee the hiring and selection process.
- Support present and future company demands by investing in human capital growth, engagement, motivation, and preservation.
- Create a pleasant working atmosphere.
- Maintain the compensation structure and benefits package.
- Assess training requirements in order to implement and track training programmes.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensure that all aspects of human resource management are compliant with the law.
Locations
Hyderabad, India / Work from home till situation improves.
Duration
The Apollo Telehealth internship will be for a period of 3 months.
