Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls, or both, and strive to provide each caller a great experience.
- Recognize the needs of the customer and deliver thorough and accurate information.
- Maintain efficient customer communication.
- With adequate justification, move the case to another queue.
- Understanding call centre metrics and attempting to meet or surpass them while providing outstanding customer service.
- Report any customer issues to the team leader that require quick action.

Duration
The Apollo Hospitals internship will be for a period of 6 months.
