Roles & Responsibilities
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a single large site or a group of smaller locations. Performing operations both inbound and outbound
- Achieving customer-facing metrics, keeping cost targets, and preserving the team’s morale and safety while reporting to you.
- Directing your team members’ performance management. creating and carrying out associate training and development strategies.
- Achieve a consistent level of delivery performance improvement by making constant improvements to the delivery process.
- Carrying out daily 4M and 5S audits for the delivery station.
- Substitute for the area manager.
- The capacity to oversee both day and night shifts.

Basic Qualifications
- A recent graduate who is eager to work in manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, or customer-facing environments.
- Excellent execution abilities, driven, and proactive.
- Resourceful enough to figure out how to accomplish tasks with fewer resources. The capacity to function well under duress.
- The capacity to operate in unclear circumstances and provide solutions appropriate to the circumstances encountered.
- Strong interpersonal abilities.
