Roles & Responsibilities
- Adding Indian customers to the Alibaba website.
- Producing leads and using data mining to find possible business prospects.
- Keeping current and accurate client records.
- Making sales presentations to several potential customers.
- Establishing and preserving wholesome connections with customers.
- Keeping track of leads and following up to cultivate future business.
- Working together with the marketing and sales team to generate fresh leads that will help the firm expand.
- Creating and delivering reports on sales activity and performance on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Making cold calls and following up with designated leads on a regular basis.
Requirements
- Exhibit excellent communication abilities both in writing and speaking.
- Have some understanding of e-commerce or internet marketing (recommended but not needed)
- Demonstrate excellent closing and presentation techniques.
- Exhibit a high degree of Microsoft Office application competency.
- Perform well both individually and as a team.
- Show a sense of competition.
- Act with professionalism at all times.
