Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide a summary of the different provisions and specifications stated in the corresponding defense procurement manuals and acquisition policy for capital and revenue procurement. This would operate as a proforma for future contracts and help the team recognize possible opportunities and obstacles.
- Support the creation, evaluation, and analysis of defense and aerospace contracts in accordance with the procurement policies of the Indian government.
- Participate in tender and bidding procedures, such as RFPs and RFIs
- Research the market and regulations to help guide business decisions.
- Work together with cross-functional groups.
- Assist in keeping internal commercial systems’ records current and accurate.
- Participate in executive briefs, presentations, and business dashboards.
Requirements
- Currently working full-time to earn an MBA
- Basic knowledge of Defence acquisition policies
- Familiarity with G Suite
- Excellent research and analytical abilities
- Outstanding communication skills both in writing and speaking
- Interest in government contracts, the aerospace and defense sector, or business alliances
- Capacity to identify crucial factors from a large amount of data
