About the Internship
We’re seeking for a results-oriented analyst to help us with our diversity and inclusion, as well as our culture initiatives. The primary goal of the applicant will be to improve and assist current initiatives. The ideal applicant should have a flexible attitude and be able to think creatively. Individuals who are tech-savvy and have a keen interest in current digital technology developments are invited to apply.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Contribute to inclusiveness and cultural efforts.
- Create diversity analytics and a trend compilation
- Assist in the creation of training plans, workshops, and events, as well as tracking their efficacy.
- Examine and comprehend all of Airbus’ worldwide communication platforms, intranets, and technologies.
- Develop a model for analysis by benchmarking the parameters for analytics.
- Incorporate a new component of analytics visualisationÂ
- Collaborate closely with the head of I&D to develop a roadmap
Location
Bangalore / Work from Home till situation improves.
Duration
The Airbus Group internship will be for a period of 6 months.
Perks
Stipend: Rs.20,000 / month
