Roles & Responsibilities
- Helping to create sourcing techniques and recruitment strategies that will draw in top talent.
- Evaluating candidates’ qualifications and organizational fit through preliminary screenings and interviews.
- Working together with hiring managers to comprehend their requirements and needs for available positions.
- Overseeing candidate pipelines and monitoring their development during the hiring process.
- Helping to organize career fairs and recruitment events in order to advertise the business and draw in prospective employees.
- Helping to put diversity and inclusion initiatives into practice during the hiring process.
- Maintaining current knowledge of industry trends and best practices in hiring in order to enhance procedures and results over time.
