Key Responsibilities:
- Recognizing the business’s non-functional requirements.
- Developing test scripts, analyzing the objectives of service level agreements, analyzing essential business scenarios, and refining the scripts through the creation and use of parameterization, checkpoints, transactions, reusable functions, correlations, actions/blocks, iterations, pacing, and think time creating the workload model, carrying out the tests, keeping an eye on them, analyzing the outcomes, and writing the test report.
- To find, analyze, and fix performance bottlenecks in enterprise applications, one should be well-versed in and have practical experience with application performance management, server logs, and infrastructure monitoring tools like New Relic, Splunk, App Dynamics, JConsole, Visual VM, JRockit mission control, GC viewer, MAT, Fast Thread, jStack, Jmap, and JProfiler.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences are requirements for candidates.
Must be dedicated, goal-oriented, diligent, and full of energy to learn new technologies, take on challenging assignments within the project, and investigate new ideas.
Superb presentation and communication abilities combined with an exceptional customer service mindset.
