Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in bringing campaigns from conception to implementation by serving as a vital liaison between internal teams, outside partners, and creative agencies.
- Assistance in overseeing and improving our influencer initiatives, from finding qualified candidates to guaranteeing prompt delivery and communications that are consistent with our brand.
- Contribute to the development of community interaction on Instagram by answering messages, monitoring trends, and maintaining a consistent and modern brand voice.
- Assist the brand team in completing productions and shoots from pre-production to post-production.
- Keep the engine running by maintaining internal coordination sheets, campaign calendars, and content trackers.
Requirements
- A new graduate or student in a creative, media, marketing, or communication sector
- Sincere enthusiasm for digital media, culture, storytelling, and beauty and cosmetics
- Cooperative, well-organized, and at ease handling several moving parts
- Someone who always contributes powerful ideas yet prefers working in the background
- A strong sense of aesthetics, with an awareness of both crisper copy and sharper images
