Roles & Responsibilities

Customer service:
Welcome and interact with clients in a cordial and expert way.
Help clients locate goods that satisfy their requirements.
To improve the shopping experience, offer styling advice and product expertise.
Sales Support:
Meet sales goals at the individual and store levels.
To increase the amount of your basket, upsell and cross-sell.
Keep up a thorough awareness of the latest deals and promotions.
Store Operations:
Verify that goods are folded, tagged, and arranged in accordance with visual merchandising guidelines.
Take part in routine inventory checks and stock replenishments.
Assistance in receiving stock and organizing the storeroom.
Billing & POS Handling: Help with point-of-sale billing processes (under supervision).
Accurately handle card and cash transactions.
Hygiene & Cleanliness:
Keep the designated floor space and dressing rooms tidy.
Make ensuring that store hygiene procedures are strictly adhered to.
Teamwork:
Assist the shop manager with everyday duties and coordinate with other team members.
Engage fully in sales events, training sessions, and briefings.
