Roles & Responsibilities
- Recognize the fundamentals and procedures of job analysis and evaluation.
- Help implement JAE for specific roles or departments.
- Participate in the development of Job Descriptions (JDs) that are precise, organized, and standardized.
- Encourage job roles to be in line with company objectives and industry norms.
