The company has grown more than 4 times every year since its inception and 10 times in the last 2 years.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support: Help with a range of recruitment tasks, such as planning and arranging interviews, making sure that regulations are followed, and meeting procurement specifications.
- HR Policy Administration: To guarantee efficient operations and conformity to corporate standards, assist in the administration of HR policies and processes.
- HRIS Contribution: Support the creation and upkeep of HR information systems, enhancing the usefulness and accuracy of data.
- Maintenance of HR Records: Assistance in maintaining and updating HR records, including attendance logs, and guaranteeing accurate and timely information.
- Absence Tracking: Be in charge of gathering and organizing absence data for organizational and departmental analysis.
- Training Support: Assist with HR training programs by organizing classes and monitoring participant advancement.
- Administrative Duties: To keep the department running smoothly, take care of necessary office duties like photocopying, filing, and printing as needed.
- Project Assistance: Participate in unique HR initiatives, such as reaching out to clients to collect and evaluate data.
- Additional Tasks: Support the HR department by carrying out additional tasks as delegated.
