From our humble beginnings in 2004, when the first Theobroma pastry store opened its doors at the iconic Cusrow Baug at Colaba Causeway (Mumbai), we’ve grown to become a pan-India chain of patisseries across Mumbai, Pune, Delhi NCR, and Hyderabad. Our mission is to spread happiness by serving smiles on a plate, and this journey continues as we open Theobroma patisseries across the country.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform HR administration duties, such as document management and personnel record keeping.
- Assist with hiring by reviewing applications, setting up interviews, and corresponding with applicants.
- Help with onboarding procedures by creating offer letters, gathering paperwork, and setting up induction meetings.
- Keep HR databases up to date and update employee data frequently.
- Work with internal departments to make sure HR processes run smoothly.
- Respond to employee inquiries and offer required support
- Assist in planning internal communication campaigns and staff engagement events

Stipend: Rs.8,000 – 10,000 / month
