Roles & Responsibilities
1. Owning the annual revenue plans and budgeting processes for the retail business
2. Monitoring performance data, analyzing performance trends and identifying opportunities for real-time revenue and profitability growth in the new stores
3. Working with the sourcing and inventory planning teams to fine-tune assortments at the exclusive brand outlets as well as our large format store counters
4. Handholding the retail performance reviews at head office, as well as the performance reviews on a regional and city level
5. Working closely with the regional manager and retail field operations to improve operational performance and providing information on red flags
6. Building dashboards/models for tracking various sales-related parameters from time to time
7. Working on predictive analytics models to give the sales teams the ability to build product recommendations, bundles, offers, etc.
