Roles & Responsibilities
1. Manage the combination of HR generalist, C&B & HR operations
2. Work on 40% of HR operations and 60% training, policies & other HR generalist activities
3. Handle HR generalist activities like analyzing data, and input into the system
4. Work on HR digitization of records and follow-up for other HR activities
5. Work on training-related matters like training needs identification, training coordination and making presentations for which guidance will be given
6. Manage the policy matters like evolving & consolidating SOP guidelines
7. Provide support in activities related to employee communication
