Barbeque Nation was created in 2006 with a simple mission: to provide clients with a complete dining experience at a reasonable price. Barbeque Nation, one of India’s most popular casual eating businesses, was the first to introduce the concept of live grills embedded beneath dining tables, allowing customers to cook their own barbecues directly at their tables.
The restaurant, which was a first at the time, allowed customers to design their own starters with their preferred flavours, ushering in the era of “DIY food” in India. All of the outlets have a rustic and casual vibe about them, with wood and open-brick wall surfaces. The sizzle of the grills livens up the ambience and provides customers with a comfortable and cozy experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Execute various company-wide/team level engagement projects campaigns, initiatives and events
2. Facilitate the execution of reward & recognition programme
3. Assist with designing and formatting of presentation decks, mailers and posters for various events
4. Plan and execute engagement activities and R&R initiatives centrally with the help of regional SPOC
5. Ensure all planned events/activities are happening and employees feel excited about the regular engagement activities/R&R plans
6. Create a comprehensive & sustainable employee engagement strategy
7. Prepare plans for mindfulness, well-being and behavioural engineering
8. Enhance the communication between management and employees through various forums

Bangalore, India.
Duration
The Barbeque Nation internship will be for a period of 6 months.
Perks
Stipend: Rs.10,000 / month
