Roles & Responsibilities
- Help with the creation, examination, and update of employment contracts.
- Keep current and accurate personnel records.
- Manage data entry and guarantee the privacy of employee data.
- Query management: serve as an employee’s point of contact for inquiries about HR.
- Help ensure that corporate policies and labor laws are followed by keeping an eye on them.
- Outline important HR indicators so that data-driven choices can be made.
- Work together with the HR team to pinpoint trends and areas in need of development.
