Roles & Responsibilities
- Assisting clients with troubleshooting custom code, integration, and Salesforce product implementation, which includes debugging, troubleshooting, and ensuring issues are properly fixed.
- Developing and maintaining technical proficiency in designated product functionality areas.
- Exhibiting remarkable problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
- Explanation of features and Salesforce coding recommended practises.
- To optimise customer happiness, manage consumer expectations and the customer experience.
Minimum Requirements
- BE/B.Tech Final year degree in Computer Science/Electronics with least 70 percent academic marks (6 months full-time internship from January 2022).
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- HTML, XML, APIs, and SQL are all skills that you should have.
- Concepts in C, C++, Java, RDBMS, and OOPS.
- Ability to clearly and efficiently express technical topics.
- Strong knowledge of Internet technology such as firewalls, web servers, and web proxy servers.
- Willingness to work in a variety of shifts.
