Roles & Responsibilities
- Finding the ideal applicants through various employment platforms and social media.
- Connect with candidates on a daily basis to close any open positions and to explain the job description and business profile.
- On a daily basis, scheduling interviews using our virtual system and reviewing interviewer comments.
- Keeping the HR Report up to date on a daily basis.
- Update our internal databases with new employee data, such as contact information and application forms. Perform HRMS backend joining and new joiner verification.
Requirements
- HR Management degree/certification (ideally MBA) with knowledge of south Indian languages is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, quick learner, and capable of investigating and solving problems.
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial atmosphere that requires initiative, creativity, teamwork, independence, and a desire to learn.
- Presentation abilities are excellent, as is the ability to project a strong professional image.
- Strong people-evaluation abilities.
