Roles & Responsibilities
- Mentors will be assigned to the intern.
- Mentors will meet with interns at predetermined times and help them through the training process.
- The intern must adhere to the rules and complete the learning tasks.
- The intern is required to keep to the deadlines and accomplish the duties that have been allocated to him or her.
- The intern will communicate with all of the organization’s members and staff in a clear, professional, and courteous manner.
Primary Life Skills
- Good communication skills; Demonstrate great traits in understanding, documenting and explaining the concepts.
- Great in Logical Reasoning.
- Have a Steep Learning Curve.
Primary Technical Skills
- Programming Concepts are well-understood (Syntax and Logic).
- Basic knowledge of front-end technologies is required.
- A working knowledge of algorithms is a plus.
