Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee interns in a specified office and assist with programmes in other APAC regions.
- Support the implementation of the “stay warm” method, which entails ongoing contact with intern participants.
- Plan and deliver professional development sessions, training, workshops, networking events, team building exercises, and other activities to support and coordinate the intern programme experience.
- Organize training and development workshops with a limited group of company executives.
- Take charge of the survey collecting and implementation for the programme.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of experience in campus recruiting and/or talent acquisition are required.
- Supporting Campus and/or Internship programmes is a must.
- Ability to manage several projects, deadlines, and collaborate with remote stakeholders.
- Strong Microsoft Office suite skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- High-octane and cooperative.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Problem solver and creative thinker.
- In terms of anticipating requirements, proactive.
