Roles & Responsibilities
- Research, data organization, and document or presentation preparation are ways to support ongoing HR efforts.
- To improve employee experience and company effectiveness, assist the designated team with HR projects and daily HR tasks.
- As needed, create and manage HR trackers, reports, and documentation.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, meetings, and conversations with other team members.
- Oversee allocated tasks on your own, making sure they are completed on time and that you provide regular progress reports.
Requirements
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and fundamental Office applications
- Excellent time-management and organizing skills
